Membership Plans

To subscribe to our membership plan, simply navigate to the “Membership” section here. Select a plan and follow the prompts to complete the registration process, and you’ll be enjoying the benefits in no time.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. There is no cancellation fee. However, please note that certain benefits may cease upon cancellation, and any unused points or credits may be forfeited.

Members earn points with each transaction, and these points can be redeemed for discounts on future services or for exclusive perks. The more you engage with our offerings, the more points you accumulate, enhancing the overall value of your membership. You can keep track of them in your account here.

There are multiple ways you can do that. Here is the chart to breakdown all the ways you can earn points:

1. Points earned for every $1 spent: 1 Point (Eg. A $100 per hour booking will earn 100 points)
2. 40 Points can redeem: $1 (A $100 booking will earn $2.5 discount for the next booking)
3. New account signup: 400 Points (A successful signup even without a purchase)
4. Successful signup referrals: 40 Points (Referral link can be found in your account under ‘Referrals’ tab)
5. Membership subscription renewal: 100 (Annual subscription for all plans)
6. Free upgrade to Platinum level: 6500 (With no extra cost, access platinum level discounts)
7. Earn Mirage VIP Badge: 2000 (Earn 2000 points when you accumulate 5000 points)
8. Earn Mirage ELITE Badge: 4800 (Earn 4800 points when you accumulate 10000 points)
 

Refunds & Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible. Guests can cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and receive a full refund, including all fees. For cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the event, a 50% refund (excluding fees) of the booking price will be provided. Unfortunately, bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the event start time are not eligible for a refund.

Certainly! We understand that plans may change. Please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

For cancellations made within 7 days to 24 hours before the event, fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event are not refundable.

Equipment rental fees are separate from the studio rental cost. Please refer to our equipment rental list for pricing.

Our space undergoes enhanced cleaning procedures, adhering to guidelines from local health authorities. A licensed professional cleaner is engaged between bookings, and we’ve implemented a strategic spacing of bookings to allow for thorough cleaning. Additionally, high-touch surfaces and shared amenities are regularly disinfected, and soft, porous materials are either properly cleaned or removed to ensure a safe environment for all.
